How my team works on 5-12 new projects at a time by staying top of mind through our message distribution strategy
What’s this for?
Since 2022, the number of projects closed from cold outreach has steadily decreased —this year, we haven’t had a single closed project from doing this.
That’s why I decided to pause my lead gen and go all in on using content to spread my brand’s message.
Problem is, I didn’t have the time, energy, and mental capacity to consistently pump out more content across different platforms.
So I created a message distribution guide/SOP that:
- Only requires me to create 1-2 pieces of long form content a month.
- So that it can be turned into at least 4 short form social media content.
- Which allows me to distribute my brand’s message so that I can stay top of mind and become the first choice of my ideal clients.
The best part?
It doesn’t require a lot of time.
